• Two energy services firms coming together through an M&A transaction in such a way that they started to develop a shared culture that brings out the best in each company. The new leadership team is using the DISC Executive Insights to accelerate innovative ways of working together.

• Supporting the leadership team and 15,000 employees of a US airline transform its business model and culture. The firm is using the EMO Advisors Leadership Cards to identify the specific values and behaviors needed to create a profitable transformation.
